@VerizonSupport I’ve been dealing with an ongoing billing issue for my company for 10 mos. I’ve had to call almost every mo, and each time it takes over 1 hour. Today,I requested a supervisor & hang up on me@10:38AM PST. This is unacceptable. I need escalation and a permanent fix
