@AmazonHelp I needed the food tonight, and there's no guarantee that my order would be fulfilled, even if I did try to reorder...in fact, I have every reason to assume another cancellation with zero notice or information.

First (and last) time I order @Morrisons through @AmazonUK, order is cancelled 30 minutes before it is due to be delivered...disgraceful! Can't leave the house due to COVID and I have 4 children to feed!!!

@AmazonHelp I've contacted customer service...there is no resolution because the order was cancelled. An investigation has been opened but unfortunately that doesn't feed my children.

@AmazonHelp No explanation. I got a notification from Morrisons shopper that they had started my shop and then another message 30 minutes later saying they have cancelled it. No other information provided.
