It’s not OK to quit

Bitcoin is the best alarm system in markets today. This price dump is probably less about Mt. Gox coins being sold and more about some liquidity crisis on the horizon that is metastasizing behind the scenes.

@Austen @PastePalApp Also check out @TextExpander. Another great option that I get daily use out of.

@Austen Yes, @Austen - Paste Pal. Get it for iOS and MacOS. I’ve had great experience with it. Super helpful @PastePalApp

If interest rates stay here for 24 months, there will be a 30-40% price correction on commercial real estate.

In-place 8 cap deals with 40% expense ratio on tertiary storage. 6-7 cap on class A product.

Multi will get crushed. 6-7 cap pricing on class A.

Equity will be totally gone on a lot of deals acquired since 2020.

A lot of forced sales.

Not as bad as 2008, but a lot of variable debt coming due in the next 24 months that owners can’t cover or replace at new rates.

Wild times coming!

Apple just fired you as a customer.

You don't think their phone has changed enough from 14 to the 15?

You've been fired.

Apple knows the "pioneering cost" is too high 🧵 ↓:

The "money" in your bank account 👇

A) isn't money
B) isn't there
C) isn't yours

#Bitcoin is the only REAL monetary system

[Marty Bent @MartyBent]

I don't think people are fully understanding what is happening behind the scenes at this current moment. This bitcoin bear market has been brutal and drawn out, but what is happening behind the scenes is setting the stage for a face ripping rally.

@Luke360 I’m curious to see if anyone that got burned the first time is game to test fate again. Also curious to see who would actually gamble on 2.0.

Sage advice…Never throw good money after bad.

@atulbutte @Austen @WSJ As this gets sorted across all the very complex areas that this failure has monumentally impacted SVB customers, the standing order of business is helping business owners decentralize and diversify. This is happening, but unfortunately not quickly enough to avoid this event.

[Eric Hargrove @TheEricHargrove]

@atulbutte @Austen @WSJ However, as many in the crypto space learned during the several cataclysmic failures, “Assurance Emails” are as cheap as single-ply toilet paper. Actions over words and show and prove are the only things that matter at the moment.
