I heard it in the dark...
*You are not alone in this feeling. It is all I am, you see.*
At that moment, I found hope within the hopelessness of my situation.

That there is always someone who aims to stop you.
Their motives may be unknown...
But their presence certainly isn't.." Meet the Warden of Marks Metro, Lady L!!!

This is probably going to be my last post here before fully transitioning to the butterfly app, but it's finally happened!
I legit cried for about 10 minutes, and I'm so thankful for everyone who supported me on the journey here!

Will be moving to BS, gonna keep this account open till around the 14th of November since new rules are really harmful to Artists/Vtubers and honestly this place has been in decline.
I was actually pretty interested in Dandadan, but the sudden flood of things about it (mainly people spoiling its crazy animations) has made me uninterested. Why does my brain work this way? I'll probably get around to it after its run is done.
Above the Endless Metro lays Zwirn, the City of Light..
Home of the Dominators.
Meet Calavera, the Parkour Punk Dominator of Flames!
The "youngest" of his siblings, Cala, has something to prove, and coming events may shine an opportunity.

My assumption is that Nintendo is going after Pocket Pair for the Pal Sphere mechanic as it directly mirrors the Pokéball.
Nintendo has a patent on file for this mechanic but the dates make it a bit interesting. The US patent was filed in May 2024 and approved in August 2024. The JP one appears to have been filed in December 2021 and was approved in November 2023. Palworld was announced publicly on June 2021 and launched in January 2024.
From this basis it appears that Nintendo saw a threat and tried to shore up with patents in case Palworld did well.
Overall I feel that patenting mechanics in this way limits games and gives us worse games overall. We should be copyrighting characters, art, music, and other content. Patenting mechanics sucks for everyone.
Patents aren't my forte but this definitely seems in the realm of possibility. Waiting to see how this all plays out and if my assumption is even correct.
