Shia Muslims flood the roads with black flags, banners, and loud processions to mourn Imam Hussain. Men perform synchronized chest-beating (matam) in the open - a ritual they could keep private inside the mosque.

Instead they choose the streets.

This does not look like Texas anymore.

A red state is being transformed year after year while the mainstream media in Texas and America stays silent and refuses to cover the conquest taking place in plain sight.

No questions about why these public displays of power are necessary in a non-Muslim country.

They’re showing you exactly why.

These street takeovers are not quiet religious observance.

They are deliberate displays of strength - a glimpse of the future they are building here.

What starts with night-time chest-beating outside mosques and escalates to full street marches becomes normalized dominance.

This is how they spent Father’s Day weekend in Houston.

They could mourn privately.
