@polychromaticos Yeah. Saved all year for it. All of my group are in their late 40’s, health issues for some, it was the only way we could do it. We would have express and usually get each house done 2-3 times total in the 8 days we were there.
@litemandhide It went away for the limited multiday ticket offerings. And went WAY up in price immediately before they announced that. It went to $200 (at least) across the board during that ticket window right before they “announced” it.
@HHNORLforever@UniversalORL@FoodieNTheBeard I know I might sound weird in the “theme park” bubble but you don’t just change something with no warning. I’m still baffled by theme parks doing that. Spend all this money on an expensive trip? Sorry we decided to discontinue something AFTER you booked.
@ohtownx This is our case. We always did the Express instead of AAP. Now we have to do it. And I would imagine they won’t have much of a choice but to fill the lines with them.
@insideuniversal No. It wasn’t. It COULD be. But to do it a handful of weeks before. With hotels and flights booked by a lot of people? They should have said something MUCH earlier. This is the wrong way to do it.
So @UniversalORL decides to get rid of Rush of Fear with Express and half of X is being toxic about how happy they are people get to suffer? And You’re siding with them? That is certainly…a look. #hhn35
@Spaceysoka They were bad, they always are. But it’s not about that. They are gearing up Express Now. It was rumored to start this year for HHN before the internet exploded. That’s why they raised per night Express RIGHT before they let this out. It’s a money grab. Not customer service.
@MadelineSBell Hello there. As a sitting board member of @comcast I was curious if you were aware that @UniversalORL, a company in your portfolio, has last minute changed their ticket offerings for their Halloween event and wrecked thousands of people’s already booked plans?
@asot5505@erika_stayllone@imaginaticart Think of it this way. If you expected to buy a ticket to HHN next year and they said “Only Hotel Resort Guests Can Purchase Tickets” around 5 weeks from the event you’d be shocked and angered right? By your logic that would be unacceptable to feel shocked?
@UniversalORL We will be there for Premium Scream and can’t wait. Though the other hotel stay with Express being removed from Rush of Fear might cause us to cancel the 5 rooms we have in September. @Loews_Hotels@HardRock
@discoliz And the last second of it too. Waiting until after we get hotel reservations, plane tickets AND they decided to jack up the price of daily express tickets right before this announcement. That’s just a coincidence right?
@comcast are you aware of the fact that your company @UniversalORL has decided to change the entire expected ticket plan for their Halloween event at the last minute AFTER hotels and flights have been secured. This is a major customer service issue. You’re allowing this?
@ATL__austin@HorrorNightsORL@elonmusk I’m sorry. I don’t speak to children on the internet. Go tell your parents you’ve been doing something you shouldn’t have. You’re blocked now. Have a good day.
@CHARLOTTECERNI1@crazyparkguy Didn’t say I was, did I homie? And I can’t stand in the regular line. Health issues. And I used Express because it was easier than AAP.
