Speaking for a lot of angry ppl— the chaos and dishonesty from @lufthansa today was unbelievable. After LH149’s delay, the capt asked FRA to hold connecting flights like LH404 — denied. Staff at FRA told us they were holding the flight, only to find it left early... Never again!
