@4forfalls @anon_opin Can’t say I found this to be the case - I was able to easily install them in a previous property as a reasonably competent DIYer and then had a plumber fit them to all of my toilets alongside a few other jobs in my current home and it was very affordable.

@fesshole If you're talking about OS passwords, Windows 3.x and 9x could be bypassed by pressing Escape or the Cancel button - I doubt any were running NT or similar. If it was the Screensaver password, it was usually the store number, but a reboot would solve that pretty quickly.
