Well I did that September 5th. BA closed the case without addressing anything & despite multiple issues (including being bumped from a flight, delays, downgrades & lost luggage, nobody is answering my emails. BA issued the ticket, some issues were from AA What now?

Inside & Out encompasses everything I adore about Genesis, while Match Of The Day is such a fun song musically. It bounces along & makes me smile every time I hear it on the radio. Such a shame that PC has such a dislike for it now. 🤔😞
