@UberEats has the most useless customer service agents ever. Also the rudest. Takes an hour talking to agents just to be told oh they can’t do nothing and I have to wait 6-12hours than 24-48hours for a specialized team. Yet they have no issue taking your money in seconds.

@Uber @Uber_Support yall need to do better with your drivers. I literally had a driver that was looking at tiktok on his phone well driving on the freeway. The FREEwAY. No way that was safe and could’ve caused major harm.
