WEAKEST VALUE IN HISTORY
BREAKING: The Philippine peso hit a historic low of P61.64 against the US dollar on Thursday, May 14, marking its weakest value in history.
Obviously a sh!tpost from the actual verified White House account on X.
It’s made to look like one of those classic Trump tweet format labelling Venezuela a 51st State.
It’s meme warfare over there. Can’t believe how many are taking it seriously.

Since 2020, I’ve noticed a massive increase in Japanese restaurants all over 🇵🇭
It used to be just a few places here and there but now in Cebu alone they seem to be everywhere especially in malls and new neighborhoods.
The growth has been pretty impressive:
Around 760 Japanese restaurants in 2021.
Now more than 2,469 in 2026.
The market is already worth about $507 million and is projected to reach $650 million by 2032.
I guess it makes sense. Japanese food just fits well with Pinoys.
Chains like Marugame Udon, Yakiniku Like, Ootoya, Yayoi, CoCo Ichibanya and Botejyu have really expanded a lot during this time.
It doesn’t feel like just a temporary trend anymore. Japanese food has become part of regular dining options here.
Have you noticed the same? What’s your favorite Japanese restaurant these days?
The mayor of Charlotte, NC asks that we not post about this lady murdered on a Charlotte train by a repeat offender with 14 prior arrests!
I say in Iryna’s memory please share and make this go viral! A repeat offender with 14 prior arrests should not be roaming the streets of ANY city! They should be locked up!! Epic failure in the justice system!
This Amerasian girl calls toothpaste 'colgate' or 'close up' and tries to be funny and cute about it.
It looks like a skit on how Filipinos genericize brand names when buying from a sari-sari store.
Also she's a kid. A minor. Stop sexualizing her.
"A Thousand Miles" was written by Vanessa Carlton when she was just 19. She played the full demo (with that iconic piano) for the first time for A&M Records executives, but she was so nervous that she barely played the intro. The video was recorded very realistically: she played the piano on the body of an open truck running through the streets of Los Angeles, the wind messing up her hair was 100% real, with no CGI or green screen. Released in 2002 as the lead single from the album Be Not Nobody, it reached #5 on the Billboard Hot 100.
If racism is such a problem, why is nobody racist against Koreans, Japanese and Filipinos?
Is it because they are hardworking, law abiding, and don't constantly claim victim status?
