However I do agree the barriers to entry have declined leading to more dropouts and less people completing med school .

DEI is about helping future doctors better understand the specific issues that each patient is facing to provide better medical care.

They’re not just giving out doctorates. You have to have the knowledge to pass, so entry has no bearing as long as the individual can comprehend and pass tests
