Juma'at Mubarak to you all.
Prayer works.
Be sincere and don't try to “guy” Baba G. The one who created all cannot be conned.
Be truthful about your weaknesses, needs, and even your wants. Life is not meant for constant struggle. Pray for happiness and ease. God isn't on a budget.

I’ve never been a fan of artificial additives in food. Sure, the colors can make food look more appealing, but at what cost?
If you’re an immigrant like I was once, adjusting to life in the U.S. often means navigating a whole new food system, and it can be overwhelming.
One lesson I learned quickly? Avoid artificial ingredients, especially ones that sound like they belong in a chemistry lab, not your pantry.
Take Red No. 3, for example. It’s an artificial dye made from petroleum to give foods that bright cherry-red color. It’s already banned in most of Europe and was removed from cosmetics years ago because it’s linked to cancer in animals. Yet here in the U.S., it’s still in thousands of food products, from candy to plant-based bacon. Thankfully, the FDA has just announced a ban on Red 3 in food and drugs—but it won’t fully take effect until 2027.
So, what’s the takeaway? Don’t wait for the FDA. Be proactive about your health. Avoid products with artificial dyes, and check labels carefully. This is especially important for families with kids, as these dyes are often hidden in snacks and treats marketed to them.
When I first moved to the U.S., I stuck to whole, minimally processed foods to stay on the safe side. Now, as a citizen, I encourage everyone (especially those new to this country) to do the same.
Today marks the beginning of a new era. It is not just a Monday, it is a day that breaks with a moon for me. I want to come back here to evaluate myself and see how significantly I would have grown in the next 6 months. #Itistoolatetofail#HRT#FixHuman
