@richroll This is so exciting!! I'm grateful to watch this journey as it unfolds. This is making me emotional as I am evolving my health journey along side you, at 41. Regaining my understand of my body, and redeveloping my relationship with stress.

@BrendonBurchard Yes! My daily life lol!! I feel so gross when the first occurs instead of the latter. We are always judging @BrendonBurchard but we don't need to condemn. Judgement keeps us alive, condemning is the ego. My constant battle, and I'm grateful you're in my corner coaching me

It is comforting, relieving, depressing, and disheartening all at the same time that so many are living this same way.
Thank you for the welcome. I'll find my seat.
@bryan_johnson Take notes on interview, Good and bad. Reflect. The good points, what couple key actions that are repeatable? The bad points, how do they hurt you emotionally? What baggage are those emotions carrying, what are they trying to tell you?
@FU_joehudson How does one break the armor to allow the arrows of life to connect?
My answer: feel the feelings needed and make peace with them (understand they are there). And make a forward plan for future understanding those feelings exist and not bad.
Joe answer:
@misraetel Facts man. The dichotomy is too little you're not going to move, too much you'll grind to bone. I would rather be the guy that needs to learn to slow down than learn how to speed up. BUT! As your advice starts, even slow gets goal. Precise execution with maximum effort
@jockowillink@drgabriellelyon I've been leaning on my mentors when it comes to parenting and I'm grateful you and Echo Charles are in my corner Jocko. Thank you both.
