@TheAA_UK have spent three days so far trying to set up online account to access new car insurance policy. It never asks for the policy number, just automatically links the new account to my bank's breakdown policy. Surely it shouldn't be this hard?

@wdytyamagazine You say the 1921 census is not included in any of FMPs subscription packages but surely it's included in the Everything package? And perhaps remind readers that house numbers may have changed since the census was taken, the street where I grew up was renumbered in the 1970s

Oh dear! Just in case I didn't already have enough to do, I have inexplicably decided to input all my books to LibraryThing, so I can check whether I already have a book before buying it (an admirable aim but I mostly remember anyway) So, 100 books done, a million to go....
