Does Gundam things. Memes hard and rolls deep. Wrestling's also cool, I guess. You probably knew me as Joshua Bishop/Oshujax.
Pretty swell guy, to be honest.
Suicidal thoughts aren’t always I want to die.
They’re also..
I feel trapped.
I need a way out.
I am a burden.
What’s the point in life?
I need to escape my thoughts.
Nothing will ever get better.
I see no future.
I can’t bare this pain anymore.
Am worthless.
You have everything in front of you to explain the incompetence of an entire police department to not do a proper investigation. Yet you're still convinced in an event that has been proven to be scientifically inaccurate and inconsistent with the evidence.
Stay losing, losers.
Brennan is a total LOSER.
God, it has been something else to watch these people who were sure the "science and logic" - which involves wasting $400k on blue paint and fake resumes - deny the consequences of a bad investigation.
The MSP didn't do their job. Be mad at them.
Here are my thoughts on Hank Brennan's response to Karen Read's acquittal 5 days after the fact. I knew he was a bottomless loser, but this is worse than I would even imagine it would be. He spends one sentence on John O'Keefe and 2 paragraphs blaming me. John O'Keefe isn't the victim to him - Jennifer McCabe is. And despite unprecedented harassment of jurors in the last 5 days he fuels the fire against them by telling the world he is "disappointed" what 12 people who dedicated 2 months of their lives and 4 days of deliberations ultimately decided on. He is the biggest piece of shit in this whole disgusting circus: https://t.co/fRvkAJ9HfL
And these people harassing the jury for making the right call given the circumstances are despicable. Some of you are journalists claiming to be credible while you throw your bias around and cry on Court TV about a tainted jury or something like that. You sound ridiculous.
@chloeinvermont Here's me being mentally slow when I missed exactly why TB was laughing and then remembered the correlation with JOK.
And then laughed like he did once I made the connection
Boy, seeing all these AFKR and Hank Brennan stans crying foul and claiming conspiracy because their narrative was destroyed by REAL science and logic is so, so satisfying.
Enjoy your wasted tax money on blue paint and fake Bachelor degrees, NEEEEEEERRRDDDS.
Losers gonna lose.
It hasn't been six hours and I'm still enjoying the irony of John DiPetro backing his car into someone's truck and a taillight breaks.
All that after spending weeks glazing Hank Brennan and Jen McCabe in loser denial of something that science hasn't backed.
Losers gonna lose.
If I were on this jury for the Karen Read trial, I'd be saying if we can't agree on whether or not to convict on OUI, let's just call it NG and move on because the CW failed to prove their case.
No sense dragging this out if we're so afraid to falsely convict. It's NG, go home.
@FKR102445 You would think the common sense thing is just to put it squarely back on the CW. If anyone is in dispute - it's NG. Put the blame on the CW for not proving their case to everyone in the room.
@LanaDelTurtle_ @UncivilLaw The defense asked for this to be on the list. It seems like a concession that if not acquittal on all 3 counts - then at least OUI, because even they can't argue she wasn't doing that much.
@trytokeep_up@UncivilLaw@ms_1921 No, it just means she is guilty of *only* that lesser included offense. Think of it as a sliding scale for conviction - manslaughter at worst, DUI at best.
The second slip gives the minimum out for OUI/DUI.
If anything, that would be the only thing to convict - but based off what this trial has been about, would be better off sending NG on all counts.
(BTW, slip 2 clearly includes the language of "or any lesser offense")
