“I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination. Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world.”
- A. Einstein (1879-1955)
@lisakayprice I had a Honda under lease for years and only the first lease did I take it to the dealership, the second and third were taken to a Valvoline without issue. I converted the third to a purchase. The only thing to go back for is recalls imo.
@good4yourage Feels like a scene from a Chuck Palahniuk novel… hmmmm… can’t talk about it though. It does help when you put that yum yum juice down. That’s the first step. ^.~
@siennamoured Chronic illness and being weirdly fascinated by the consumption of knowledge can do that to you. Happens to me sometimes. I call it, “falling down the knowledge hole”.
I don’t spend a lot of time posting. Mostly, I read other’s ideas and sometimes respond if I feel moved for a reason. Too much, in these times, people are great at opening mouths and not ears well. I like to be a small balance if I can.
@sarchotic_me Doing alright! Moved to the Midwest from good ole Flo-rida a few years back. I still have our pictures pop up and I remember it fondly. How are you? Sarcastic and spicy, I hope? 😉
When America was young, whiskey was primarily rye. Redemption pulls from that history with a pre-prohibition recipe.
Glass specials for August 2nd, 2023:
- Redemption Rye, 2oz pour $6
- Redemption Bourbon, 2oz pour $6
- Redemption Wheated Bourbon, 2oz pour $9
@sarchotic_me I don’t even care about the topics, per se. I miss the common decency of a fruitful and honest debate to put forth new ideas and perspectives to possibly change a viewpoint or at the very least learn from someone else. Blasphemy!
Art(ish)t - (noun) a person that is similar to an artist, but is rarely paid for those services and doesn’t produce a product on any given timeline for clients. Often creates when moved, which is sporadic and spontaneous, at best. /bow /curtsy
Un-necroed this thing for no real reason. S’s and g’s maybe. Had to clean up so much stuff it felt barely worth it. At least I can see artists’ posts more easily.
