I've been home since 2022 severely disabled from a work accident with a permanent brain and spinal cord injury. I'm lucky to play one to two times a week. Besides having my account banned, my hardware was also banned so I can no longer play Call of Duty® titles. This is insane, I can't even get my personal data from Activision. In fact they should tell me what I have done wrong or what program was running in the background so I can have a permanent fix. Banning my hardware was a malicious attempt for just making me another statistic in a band wave they can brag about.. you guys can permanently ban my account for that I don't care about but my PC is hardware? That's brutal. Especially for somebody who has never cheated the system. I've never played a game of ranked in my life. I solely play casual mode, so I converse spots due to my head injury. I cannot download any malicious compromising programs on my pc as my wife works from home for the federal bureau doing DNA processing for the attorney general. Manipulation of game data is not applicable to my PC as it would compromise sensitive data as most "cheats" are malware. Take my long-standing Activision account, but please Free my pc. My appeal process was automated and unfair. I can't even get my personal private data logs! This makes me think many people like me become a statistic so Activision can brag about how many hardware bans were issued. Players are rage hacking in ranked and I play casual

@CallofDutyCM I'm a father of 3 little children I do not have the money to buy a new ox to play of of my favorite games. My with works from home on the family pc for the federal goverment codis DNA Labs which I also use for gaming. Downloading malicious cheats and other software isn't an option I ever thought about. Please you can take my long standing account if there was an error but please release my hardware. I've been an Activision member for years without any offense to the game or players. Being hardware ban without notice is depressing and malicious as I've done nothing wrong I play solely casuals. Never played a normal mode never had ranked unlocked. @CallofDutyCM you guys have blatant rage hackers in top 250 lobbies and iridescent lobbies all throughout ranked actually, sometimes you decide to ban them sometimes you don't. These guys usually get back on using something called the "spoof" and get right back to it. I'm a casual player who literally only plays casual resurgence and barely break 10 kills in a match even with bots everywhere. I get out into limited matchmaking for a week then auto banned with generic auto appeal denials. I've never downloaded any malicious programs on my computer as my wife uses it for work, she works for the FBI codis DNA department for the nyc medical examiner. To keep the PC safe it must use various protection methods bound by law if working from home like pulse. Why would I download any sort of programs to manipulate the game? If I only play casuals and have ranked locked because I don't play regular mode shouldn't be getting 30-40-50 kills a match? Check my stats before ricochet decides to auto ban my hardware. I'm sorry my name isn't "formal" and can't get "accidentally" banned and receive a public apology. @CallofDuty @Treyarch @ATVIAssist

I never downloaded any cheating software you can check my stats. Getting 10-15 kills in casual mode is the best I do. Very simple, this isn't right having a denied automated appeal. My wife works from home on my pc for the federal government is codis DNA lab. There is pulse encryption when she signs in for work, does that trigger a ban? I can't even sit and play at my pc for an hour 1-2x a week do to a sever head and spinal injury. Please check my account and free me. I was looking forward to mw4.
