1) A USDA program created by Inflation Reduction Act §22007 gave reparations to blacks who claimed "discrimination" in farm loans

Called the Discrimination Financial Assistance Program, it gave out $2 billion to ~43,000 recipients, nearly all of whom were black

2) Another Biden program created by American Rescue Act §1005 gave race-based loan forgiveness to the same supposedly discriminated against groups as the IRA program. Essentially, all non-whites could request farm loan relief, and "anyone who wasn't a white male" could get up to 120% of their loan forgiven

"American Indian, Alaskan, Native, Asian, Black, African American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander, Hispanic, or Latino" farmers were told they didn't have to pay their bills. Meanwhile, white farmers of course did
