The Judge

Hello!

I am The Judge, lead developer on the @QuestCraftXR team. I work on Java, C, and C++ projects.

What I need most right now is awareness. If you think this is cool, a repost goes a long way.

Tagging @graalvm, thank you for making this all possible!

1. I compiled Minecraft: Java Edition to native code with @graalvm. No JVM at runtime.

It runs modded on Xbox One and Series S, and a native modded server holds ~35 MSPT with 80 players. Same setup on HotSpot: ~200.

How I did it 🧵 https://t.co/ovesnvnEiD

5. Servers are where it really pays off.

Native Forge (Arclight 1.20.1, 16 mods, 31 plugins):
- Startup: 24s vs ~1:15 on the JVM
- 1 player: ~5 MSPT vs 10–15
- 80 players: ~35 MSPT vs ~200

Native Folia and Purpur with plugin support are in the works.

@HardwareSteam What are they changing?

[The Judge @TheJudge156]

@HardwareSteam The cake is a lie.

@KacperCwiertnia @meowkoteeq I get wanting to clear your name and such but time and place. You dont do it 30 minutes into a community implosion, and you certainly dont word it the way she did in her post.

[The Judge @TheJudge156]

@KacperCwiertnia @meowkoteeq This was following the community outrage in the Flipper discord. She was trying to do damage control and was not doing a good job at it at all. I was encouraging her the whole time to step away.

[The Judge @TheJudge156]

I should probably @Mojang too lol

@Minecraft

I have been trying to get in contact with your legal team regarding a project I am working on that I need a EULA adjustment/exemption on.

Is there an EMail or something I can send a request to with more info?

[The Judge @TheJudge156]

@ThatStella7922 Its kinda funny, yeah. I work with Axis Cameras frequently at work.

I have a song called Error I like a lot. I listen to a cover of it by JubyPhonic.

I listen to it when I am sad and want to give up... It expresses a lot of emotions I can't put into words; but this line gets me to hope again.

"I just want to keep on breathing, just breathing."
