Remote work changed my life more than my salary ever did. The money obviously matters, but the real luxury is no commute, quiet mornings, midday walks, dinner plans after work, and actually having enough energy left to enjoy a life outside of my job.
Men want soft, feminine energy from their women but don’t create the environment for her to turn off her survival mode. My dad always tells me “If he wants an angel, he must build her heaven. Otherwise, don’t blame the demon she becomes to survive hell.”
Her energy, mood and behavior is a reflection of her environment.
Delulu Tip for Today 🥂
Go where "wealthy" people go. You don’t have to spend like them. Can’t afford to stay at the 5-star hotel? Go have coffee in the lobby. Can’t afford dinner at the fancy restaurant? Sit at the bar and order one drink. Your nervous system doesn’t care how much you spent. It only cares that you were THERE. Breathing that air. Sitting in that space. Surrounded by that energy. You just told your brain “this is my normal.” And when wealth feels normal? It becomes inevitable.
My favorite quote from Atomic Habits by James Clear:
"It doesn't make sense to continue wanting something if you're not willing to do what it takes to get it.
If you don't want to live the lifestyle, then release yourself from the desire.
To crave the result but not the process is to guarantee disappointment."
People rarely betray you suddenly. They betray you after a long season of silent comparison. Your growth triggers their insecurity, and insecurity looks for relief. Watch for subtle discouragement dressed as advice, and for jokes that try to shrink your ambition. Distance is protection that requires no drama.
Protect Your Energy Like It’s Your Power:
- Say no without feeling guilty
- Avoid unnecessary arguments
- Limit time with draining people
- Stop explaining everything to everyone
- Take breaks to recharge
- Spend time alone to reset
- Focus on personal growth
- Don’t chase attention or validation
- Keep plans private until done
- Cut off toxic environments
- Choose peace over proving a point
- Avoid gossip and negativity
- Stay away from drama
- Guard mental space daily
- Invest energy in the right people
Energy saved becomes strength and clarity.
The best thing you can do in life, is not squander it.
Do everything you want to do.
Solve the riddles of getting where you want to be,
Take risks, take the chance, and grab life by the throat.
You have one shot. Go get everything you want.
A lot of people don't realize this, but sometimes the biggest blessing in your life is the people who leave. I used to feel hurt when friendships or relationships ended, but looking back now, every person who was removed from my life pushed me to grow into a stronger version of myself.
If you have good people in your life that are honest, transparent, kind and diligent please nurture them and do them right. And when you mess up, take accountability and try your hardest to get them back. This is in both life and business.
Most women who leveled up have put in years of hard work…they’re not the kind to start with nothing, have nothing, and end up with nothing if they fail. The most successful and well known women are always disciplined.
This whole theory that “if everyone has a problem with you, then you’re the problem” or that if you have a problem with everyone, you must be the issue is deeply flawed and honestly unfair. There are people who are widely liked not because they’re good people, but because they’re agreeable, pretentious, and willing to conform. And there are people who are constantly labeled “difficult” simply because they don’t know how to play along or pretend. The thing is The more easygoing, accommodating, and “let’s keep the peace” you are, the more you’re perceived as likable even if it means constantly shrinking yourself. Meanwhile, the moment you stand firm, call things out, and choose not to be pretentious, you’re suddenly labeled difficult. Sometimes, it’s not that someone has a problem with everyone; it’s that they’re just not willing to tolerate what everyone else is comfortable tolerating.
Buy your children a book every month and have a date to talk about the book and what they’ve read. Talk about the characters like they’re real. Bond over literature. Debate the lessons and decision making. Over food and drinks. Cultivate readers and build their collection
A mentor once told me: “When you don’t know what to do next, clean your desk, make a list, and start with the smallest thing that matters." Every major project begins with a single act. Big tasks paralyze you because your brain sees the mountain, not the path. Build stairs.
