Both of my electric windows have stopped working, the fuses are OK, but the windows don't respond to the reset button.
Seems odd that it's both if them, has any one else experienced this?
Do they update OTA? If so, could they be bricked?

@YaleSecurity I'm on my second Connexis L1 Lock, the first was faulty and so returned it, the 2nd was okay for less than a day, it now seems to labour and not lock unless the handle is pulled up repeatedly. Nice idea, but if I can't rely on this, I can't use it at all. Help.
