@ViatorTravel Worse company ever! TERRIBLE customer service. Traveled all the way to Rome from US to find my tour was cancelled upon arrival. No one reached out. I've called customer service 3x and no one will help. Complete runaround. Do not use this company. Shame on you.
@MichaelsStores your Studio City store needs major help. Employees are useless. Waited 10 minutes for a cashier to appear to make a return (2 items) and the return took another 10 minutes to complete. Hot mess! Do better

@BananaRepublic the customer service in you Sherman Oaks, California store is terrible. The manager Kimberly I just dealt with was extremely rude. I will think twice before shopping here again.
