Heads are on their knees, still battling from the fall out of Covid, the impact of which is still very real. No wonder the system is broken.

And after the year schools have had - still coping with Covid although no one talks about it now, battling to make up for 2 yrs of disruption, now an extreme heat event right at the end of term when heads & others are on their knees. What is wrong with them?!
