@JohnGjoni As for promos, you can say that about anyone, so that critique is just shallow. And even then, you can find the early Flair stuff which totally differs from his later bombastic routine.

@JohnGjoni Well that's simply not true. The way he wrestled Sting was entirely different to how he wrestled Nikita, Garvin, Funk, Steamboat, later Hogan and Savage. He wrestled different depending on when he went broadway or worked a TV highlight match for a jobber.

Super good match. Shockingly absent of any flash but more than makes up for it in naturalistic pro style wrestling. When Murdoch locks on a knee bar, he means it.

Very low key, but rough. The sort of match that only works in old school wrestling but I can't help but love it.

I never seen such a range of match quality in a long running feud. Brock and Roman comes close, but they were either great or a dud (more a dichotomy), whereas Misawa and Hansen had a DUD, middling, good, great match. And everything in between.

@SaneDinkle Moxley isn't terrible at any of those things, but there are levels.

Austin never had the lows Moxley has had. Moxley has never had the highs that Austin has. Moxley has never once reached the level of trancendence that Bret and Austin as a feud produced.

@SaneDinkle In-Ring: Austin - better brawler, bumper and could make any sort of match work, no matter the length or style.
Promos: Austin - more convincing, much more intense and entertaining.
Personality: Austin - Excellent as a stooge heel, excellent as a anti-hero babyface.
