@rob_bohanan This was shown immediately after it happened. Replays help buy time after big spots, and it was probably lined up to do just that. Doc Sampson had only just gotten into the ring and the people in the back probably didn't know the extent of Borden's condition. That's live TV.

@takesbytom@Noahgilberto19 MJF is always "worried" about people who stand up to him. He says otherwise, but, as a character, it always bothers him. His ego is huge and fragile.
@hbomax I guess they mean just this ring specifically can only be worn by one person? There's already another Lantern on Earth (Guy Gardner), and he's even going to appear in this series as far as anyone knows.
But yeah, it's an odd line for a show called Lanterns (plural).
Kiyoshi Kurosawa said we were killing ourselves and turning into ghosts by being online and that was all the way back in 2001. Badger Badger Badger hadnโt even come out yet
@JimmyBroll3@PatrickHayslip He was trying to stop Kaprizov from controlling the puck, Jimmy. You can see Rantanen use his skate (since his own stick was jammed against the boards due to Hughes' interference) to stop the blade of Kaprizov's stick.
@sooemma Yeah. The national broadcasters I've listened to tend to defer to whatever the refs call on the ice and make excuses for why they called what they did.
Also, they'd already spoken about Drury trying to start fights earlier, and then they say Borque started this. Ridiculous.
@HOCKDISHMN@B_Marsh92 The point of contact is at his knees. It's a judgment call about whether it's intentional, but given that Pionk wasn't going for the puck and crouched, it looks intentional.
Also, my first response was to you saying something about the boards, which has nothing to do with this.
@FreddyInSpace First wave: I hope I can get a quote in the marketing!
Second wave: I like to watch horror movies, and this is fine.
Final wave: I've never cared about this movie which is why I didn't see it right away, and now I need to tell the people who liked it that they're dumb.
Also seems to extend to set visits now too, if Ready or Not 2 is an indicator. No worthwhile info about the film, just video interview fluff for socials.
