@NLGMullis @RoKhanna I think more people will watch her games, perhaps, than any other WNBA games at first. I know I sure will. I used to be a huge advocate for the WNBA in the 90's. But I then , honestly, got bored. Caitlin, single-handedly has reinvigorated my interest.

@NLGMullis @RoKhanna 2/2. She is the singular reason why there will be more people watching WNBA games than ever before. That being said, there is no way the WNBA can afford what Caitlin Clark's worth is. A renegotiation of her contract should 100% be on the table for the following years.

@NLGMullis @RoKhanna The facts are this. You can't equally compare the financials of the NBA and the WNBA. They have vastly different financials and capabilities in terms of supporting and affording player salaries. Should Caitlin be getting paid more money, hell yes! 1/2

@NLGMullis @RoKhanna My issue isn't "instant" wage equality for Caitlin Clark. I think she still needs to prove herself in the WNBA as a rookie. Especially since the WNBA can't pay her "now". My issue is give her a base 2-year rookie contract and then increase her compensation after those two years.
