@revchadbrooks We allow any baptized believer to baptize. So, we work hard at measuring the number of people who baptize others. It helps us measure relational discipleship. We try to follow up and celebrate them too. Still tweaking that process.

Hear me out @NFL. Make wk 18 games the matchups w/ divisions in the same conference. Rather than selecting that opponent based on last year's standings, do it according to the current year standings in week 16. First place teams play each other and so on. Do it.

You can easily select the divisions ahead of time who will be playing at home. For instance, next year the AFC east could host the AFC west. One division knows they will travel...they just don't find out until wk 16 where they are going.
