@askjussi @askjussi I see your point but usually you buy the equity of a REIT at a multiple greater than 1 BV. If you buy a rental property this is not the case.Moreover you are the direct owner of the cash flows, with a REIT you have managers in the middle.Please change my mind, I'm open!

@BrettKPG Is Hello AI already profitable? On the other side, talking as a technical guy myself that uses AI, I really hope you can already see use cases for increasing revenues through AI. For me it's a boost of productivity but it's not translating in higher revenues projects, only costs
