My therapist bailed at the last minute several times so I asked to swap... New one tomorrow 😬 keeping everything crossed they're more helpful!

Last minute therapy cancellation (by therapist) for 2 sessions in a row now. I'm really *really* struggling lately. I've asked for someone new to see me. Appreciate life happens for all of us, but I'm desperately waiting to actually start CBT.

@MzBelindaW Thanks, they've said they'll get someone else to call tomorrow. I'm ok I'm not in a total state but I feel I'm trying to swim through treacle a lot of the time and it adds up. Sadly you're right about patience getting you overlooked x

@LibbyPageWrites I, and I'm sure most others, relate to this so much! Had a family gathering, dad holds baby for 5 mins and it's all what a great dad he is, I hold baby for hours and do everything and feel inadequate for most of it. You're doing good for speaking out about it 💜

🤣🤣🤣 the anti-vax “do your own research!” crew, did there own research, and stormed the wrong building thinking it was BBC HQ 🤣🤣It’s poetic!! 🤣🤣🤣 I wonder if they did the location research, the same place they do all the other research 🤣🤣🤣

Is it just me who hates hearing people delight in "OOOH wait until they're crawling THEN you'll be running around!"
If you feel your struggling already, or have feelings of inadequacy, this really doesn't help when it's said in *that* tone (generally with that OOOH!) #Parenting
