Our next guest teacher has an impressive #ballet career & is bringing a wealth of experience to The Live It Academy. Dancing from the age of 3, Elizabeth Turell was a member of @CLTballet for the 2013/2014 Season and was promoted to first company in 2014.

In our foundation course, we teach #ballettechnique to help you improve your form and master the basic, intermediate and more advanced steps. A #Plié is a French term meaning to bend in #ballet and although one of the most simple steps, it's arguably one of the most important!
