It does indeed. While suffering from burnout, I started reading about mindfulness, and found yoga very helpful for my mind – body connection. So that was my starting point.
As I’m aging, I also cherish the benefits for my strength, flexibility, and balance.
Very exited to having started reading this book by Harpinder Kaur Mann.
Very promising.
I discovered yoga trying to escape burnout, and have been surprised since by things like hot yoga, power yoga, and saying namaste all the time.

Went to the cinema last night, and had a few nice beers afterwards.

I did my daily morning walk, and some restorative yoga in a minute after yesterday’s gym session.
