@seekandspeak 100%. I'd go a step further and say that if you’re suffering you’re doing it wrong. There's no other aspect of life where we say “Oh, its great that you’re suffering.”
@adammmmaida I’m thinking about adding secret archive pages to different sections so that old work that we still stand by would be accounted for but clearly separate from recent output.
@adammmmaida I think it really depends on how much work the navigation/hierarchy is doing for you. Pentagram does this really well. We used to have everything show up all at once and I heard from people that they kinda threw up their hands like "screw it" because they felt overwhelmed.
I realize this sounds cynical but the world of design and agencies is awash in fake metrics (not implying that OP is doing that) because they're afraid of bean counters and AI. See: including impressions based of content they created that was posted on a huge client's account.
The easiest #designprocess improvement that you can make: Hold off any steps until you've done more research than seems necessary AND let the research be research (ie, don’t try to come up with ideas while you’re doing research.)
