@fuckyouiquit Respectfully I disagree. While it may not directly affect the financial lower classes, it's still an added hurdle to the American Dream. When you finally saved to get a house, it's now an extra cost, that needs to be calculated in the savings plan. Keeping the poor, poor longer.
