An amateur football team in Cape Town: we #Believe in the Magic of football. Together with hard work, dedication, discipline & ambition. Honesty above victory.
Just a shout out to our friends at @ubuntucapetown who have signed a partnership with top Norwegian team Bodø Glimt - #Believe in Magic!! Great example of hard work paying off. 💪🏽💥
@wareley8@Capes_Meister The Players Union are doing great work. Let’s wait and see what happens. We were notified by some players what happened & we commented.
Sad to hear of players having their contracts terminated at a local NFD club by a Coach who has no respect for the game. Hopefully the so-called ‘Custodians’ of local football will fight for the players’ rights.
@zulushark@TheMagicFC I do believe it's very important that all ABC Motsepe teams across the country including the Leagues in different provinces get more positive exposure. It will help generate potential sponsors for clubs and even the league.
@superjourno@Soccer_Laduma@superjourno they watched my @TheMagicFC striker for months, took him up to Venda, made him an offer, signed contract, then after 1 week told him he could leave and he had to pay for himself to get back to Cape Town... disgusting.
Happy birthday ‘Golden Boot’ Therlo Moosa. 40 goals in 2 seasons with us. ‘Signed’ by @TTM_Original beginning of this season & sent hime after 2 weeks. Disgraceful. And now they will be a @OfficialPSL club... 🤷🏽♂️
Let me tell you a great SudAfrikan football story!!
Firstly, Abaqulusi - the People up there - comes from Anglo-Boer War times. This Zulu tribe hid on top of the mountains of northern KZN to protect themselves. The red & white colours? English Army redcoats!
