وفاقی وزرا خواجہ آصف ، پروفیسر احسن اقبال اور طارق فضل چوہدری نے عمران خاں کو الشفا ہسپتال میں داخل کرنے کی شدت سے مخالفت کی ہے۔ ۔کیا خوئے انتقام میں یہ لوگ پاگل پن کی حد تک جا پہنچے ہیں یا یہ شریف خاندان کے احکامات کی پیروی ہے۔ لا محدود ملاقاتوں سمیت نواز شریف کو ہر طرح کی سہولیات جیل میں حاصل تھیں۔۔کھانا ان کے گھر سے پہنچتا تھا اور اس اہتمام سے گویا پکنک منانا مقصود ہو۔ نفرت میں ادمی اندھا یو جاتا ہے۔ بھول جاتا ہے اور تجزیہ کرنے کی صلاحیت کھو دیتا ہے۔ کل یہ لوگ حکومت میں نہیں ہوں گے اور بے بسی کی تصویر ہوں گے۔ خان صاحب سے بھی ہم لوگ گزارش کیا کرتے تھے کہ احتساب کے لئے صاف ستھرا عدالتی نظام ہونا چاہیے۔ وزیراعظم کو اس میں دخل نہیں دینا چاہیے۔
ایک فرق البتہ ہے، احسن اقبال جیسے خوشامدی کتنی ہی کہانیاں گھڑ لیں خان کرپٹ نہیں اور شریف خاندان کے کرپٹ ہونے میں کوئی شبہ ہی نہیں۔ دوسرے یہ کہ عمران خاں انتہائی مقبول ہیں ۔ شریف خاندان عوام کی بارگاہ میں راندہ درگاہ۔ان کا اقتدار سرپرستی اور جعل سازی کا مرہون منٹ ہے ورنہ اب تک قاضی فائر عیسی کی طرح دربدر ٹھوکریں کھا رہے ہوتے یا جنرل باجوہ کی طرح چھپے پھرتے۔ انشاء اللہ کوئی دن میں یہ وقت ان پہ آنے والا ہے۔

This is how mainstream media including both Tv Channels and Print have made themselves irrelevant. Early in the morning it was reported that 4 security personnel and 1 civilian were killed at the place of PTI Convoy at the outskirts of Islamabad.

Soon after Senior Journalist @Matiullahjan919 reported directly from PIMS with one Safeer Ali who claimed to be real brother of civilian deceased Mohammad Ilyas who claimed that his brother and Ranger personnel got killed by getting crushed under Police and Ranger vehicles as they were speeding away from the protestors after they ran out of tear gas. But almost all of Pakistan's media has only aired the Govt version where the deaths have been claimed as a result of the attack of protestors.

The TV Channels and Newspapers didn't even bother airing/running the cross version and only presenting the Govt version as absolute truth. This is why masses especially younger audiences don't rely on conventional media for news as conventional media compromised its own integrity.

The loss of life on either side is most condemnable and unfortunate. But if we are sincerely saddened by these losses then the least we can do is present the entire picture, ask questions, demand a transparent inquiry into these deaths as opposed to giving conclusions.

At the same time, the Secretary-General urges the authorities to uphold the right to freedom of expression and the right to peaceful assembly.
