Mark Carney announced this morning that he will NOT be repealing Bill-C69, otherwise known as the no-more pipelines bill. They will selectively choose which projects they deem worthy so once again Western Canadian resources remain ring-fenced and under the purview of Ottawa. This is on top of the incoming emissions/production cap on oil and gas. Both will have lasting economic consequences and reinforces the anti resource development that has caused so much damage over the past decade.
