@trickholland @CNET Know anything about the lack of default sound setting for timer in ios17?
Always used “marimba”, to hear my iPhone timer across the room.
Now on timer start it only ever plays “radial” which is too quiet, or I have to manually choose the louder sound every time - not convenient

@CNET you haven’t posted anything about Apple ios17 removing the default timer sound?

Siri can only set “radial” and that sound is so muted, I miss it all the time.
Not sure why Apple took this away? Not sure why timer sound default is not in settings?
