@AIGinsurance Despite being fully covered for our holiday AIG has done everything to just completely ignore our claim and hasn't paid us a penny. We sent many documents as the claim was black & white, my wife got diagnosed with cancer and we had to cancel our trip to Japan. Shocking treatment.
