@GeneralsUpdates I think the key is you need to not be able to continue developing in the CHL. If you can get 100pts in the OHL its probably better off that you move on for the next year. No idea what the rule with goalies is but Ivankovic is doing incredible too

@Pete___Hughes Paul McFarland is 40 and spent years as a CHL head coach/ NHL Assistant. That and Matt Anholt at 31. The vast majority of coaches are former players and most don't stop playing until their 30's anyways.
