We talk about how this generation of kids act. Well how these coaches treat kids nowadays is unacceptable. Bet the same coaches treat the people in their household the same way. If any of the coaches that follow me don't like what I'm saying. Then you're one of those coaches!

These coaches yell and scream at kids trying to intimidate and to show they have power over the kids. That's the sign of a weak coach. Pull that crap with another grown man and see how that plays out.

Wonder why programs are at the bottom of the conference every year. Because they keep doing the same stuff they always do that leads to the same results of losing. Why do the leaders of these programs accept this nonsense? It happens on all levels.

Defense, rebounding, scoring, playing unselfish, being discipline, playing the correct Bros & Joes and coaching is how you will consistently win games and have winning seasons.

Several coaches, players and parents need to listen to this. Just because you can shoot the 3 or score a lot of points. Doesn't mean you played good defense, rebounded well or didn't turn the ball over. More to the game then just shooting!

Make sure you do your research on the school, coaches, roster and administration before transferring to a school. What you might think is a good situation. Can turn out to be a wolf in sheep clothing.

You don’t have to make everything happen. You just have to stay faithful, keep being good to people and keep God first place. Your time is coming. God always works out His plans.

The reason why some players are transferring from high schools is because coaches are being petty by nit picking everything certain players are doing but not others. Treat every player the same way you treat the starters on your varsity team.

Your faith will not instantly deliver you out of every problem. Your faith will carry you through the problem. If HE removed some things that you’re praying for HIM to remove right now. You wouldn’t be prepared for the promotion that HE has in store for you.

An example that a coach is not always right of their evaluation of a player. If a player is a winner then let them play, so they can help you win!
