I'm a Property Manager in the UK, originally from Australia. Big fan

My colleagues are concerned that our PMS is hindering OTA algorithms, ie; not getting bookings when uploaded via PMS.

Have you ever seen this happen before? Is there a relation?

@Dannybooboo0 A good chunk of our portfolio, especially those that have gone live after we got our new PMS, aren't performing as well as they used to.

They think the new PMS isn't allowing us to get the same algorithm treatment that new properties get when uploaded direct. I'm not convinced.
