@FrankieV1969@jimbotron915465@sama@AskRobinhood This. When you have my life savings... please get someone to pick up the phone within a few hours. I'm not picky... yes all my other banks got me talking to someone in under 20 minutes... but 2 hours would have been fine.
@Ris1844860 @sama@AskRobinhood I tested all my other banking institutions. All of them got me someone on the phone within 20 minutes. Most within 5 minutes. Others have figured out how.
@jimbotron915465@sama@AskRobinhood Yeah. I'm not rich... but my other banks answered the phone with only a few minutes on hold. Not 5 days. I don't need personal concierge services. I'm a nobody. Robinhood cost me a great deal of money with not support.
@AskRobinhood The problem. I messaged you, and I used your in-app system for support, and it took you 5 days to respond. I needed your help five days ago. Not now. I had a lot of money with you. Over the next few weeks, @CharlesSchwab will. They answered the phone. I don't need your help now.
Quick update. Another day and still no customer support. My other two banks were able to get me talking with a real person within 5 minutes of calling. By the time customer support @RobinhoodApp contacts me, I will have transferred out hundreds of thousands of dollars 50k a day.
@AskRobinhood you have failed. I have been on "hold" for 4 days now. I will NOT be closing on my house because of you, and you failed to give me any support at all. I have a very sizable account and will never use your services again if this is SOP.
@sidpalas Only in really really large deployments. If you are busting out aaaaaaaaaachooooo or even
aaaaaaaaaaachoooo you have a pretty big deployment!
