@British_Airways Thanks Claire. Pls feed back that you cannot block the option to get avios flights reimbursed online (as BA deliberately has), then not offer enough staff to do this for your customers over the phone! It’s either/or. I will file a written complaint.

@usagibrian Hi! There are plenty of sunscreens without aloe but she needs to find out what else she is allergic to in sunscreens; ‘hypoallergenic’ means v. little. I’d in the first instance recommend a fragrance free mineral sunscreen like the la Roche Posay Anthelios range of mineral spfs
