#AllergySeason bringing you down? Use Lemon, Lavender, and Peppermint in a roller over your sinuses and on your chest. Diffuse that combo around the house and breathe easy. 🙌🏼🙌🏼

The issue is that many people think of oils like the do candles. Candles packed full of fragrance (aka a number of the 3,000 chemicals the government does not make a company disclose).

Pure oils are chock full of plants. #FunFactFriday

Look at it this way: if you want to be healthy, you need to eat healthy Whole Foods, right? And they are a better source of nutrients than a multi. It’s because we were made to utilize plants for our health and that’s why they’ve been used for foreeeva. #FunFactFriday

What IS an essential oil?

It’s the lifeblood of a plant. A plant’s immune system. Plants face stress (weather, animals, pollution) and their oil is their defense. Essential oils are distilled, cold pressed, or resin tapped and it’s the concentrated result. #FunFactFriday

Starter kit series: Citrus fresh has a wonderful aroma of citrus and spearmint. I love adding this to water to curb appetite or to a yummy fruit dip! It’s perfect to diffuse during a get together #HappyHosting #Aromatherapy #essentialoils
