Lets be clear, this all falls squarely on the Democrats. "Vote Blue no matter who" was always an atrocious mindset. You can only get away with pushing bland candidates and incremental policies for so long before voters just zone out. No real effort, just going by the playbook.

Let this remind you all that the Democrats are not "the Left". They are Status Quo at best. And its that need to maintain the status quo instead of embracing populism that has been holding them back. But they wont, because capitalism.
