@VerizonSupport@Verizon I’ve been a customer for almost a decade, but I am going on 18h without any phone service at all and no actual timeline for a resolution. 18h ago I was told it would be up to 24h, I am really hoping you have it fixed by the time I wake up. But I doubt it.
@Verizon it is unbelievable the way Verizon has not communicated this issue to their customers. I had to drive to a store to get info about the outage. I will not forget the way Verizon has treated their customers during this ordeal. Pitiful.
If you have @Verizon@VerizonSupport be aware that there is a nationwide outage affecting some customers.They have no idea what’s causing it or when it will be resolved. they will request that you DM them and tell you the same exact thing. So save yourself some time.your welcome
@VerizonSupport my physical SIM card failed last night… should have been a five minute fix at the store this morning when I converted it to eSIM but apparently you’re experiencing an activation outage…I’ve been waiting six hours and support told me I might have to wait 24 more.

@Spotify my account keeps stopping what I’m playing to play the same tracks on this random other playlist... no matter what device I’m on. I have signed out everywhere on Spotify and Facebook, changed my passwords, de-authorized all third party services... and still it happens.
