All the people who are buying Ryan's stuff off of Ebay, your being scammed. $GME is never going to make enough money to buy Ebay. You are getting scammed.
Love how Ryan Cohen completely ignores that $EBAY insiders are primarily paid in stock/options & that tax withholding to cover federal tax liability accounts for the bulk of this selling.
Also love how eBay has reduced its OS by 21% over the last 4 years while $GME OS is up 48%
Wow this U.S. vs. eBay lawsuit from 2023 was just uncovered and makes $GME's case for acquisition even stronger. The details of this are one of the most bizarre things I've ever read:
Between August 5 and August 23, 2019, eBay’s former Senior Director of Safety and Security, Jim Baugh, and six other members of the security team executed a harassment campaign intended to intimidate the victims, who spoke negatively of eBay online.
The campaign included disturbing deliveries: sending anonymous packages to the victims' home, including a book on surviving the death of a spouse, a bloody pig mask, a fetal pig, a funeral wreath, and live insects.
@michaeljburry was going big on $GME and then they go with this $EBAY gaff. He’s out, expect others to follow. What a massive miscalculation by Cohen and Team. They think eBay is an online retailer like $AMZN. Smh.
Overnight fomo crowd can’t even compete with the soft sales of premarket of $GME and $EBAY lol.
Shorting them both into open for quick money this week.
$AMZN is a logistics company that sells product.
$EBAY is an online flea market.
They are not competitors to one another which is why eBay has never once focused on supply chain like Amazon has.
@ryancohen is buying the wrong company.
