The @ArmCarecom sensor is a staple of our development program for all of our athletes. We use this device to measure the force an athlete can create from a variety of different positions related to throwing (ER, IR, Scaption, and grip).

By using these tests in conjunction with athletes velo off the mound or from a shuffle pull-down variation we can determine if the athlete is strong enough to sustain the velo they are throwing.
