@WaxMetrix@southscanner@iCeazey@CardPurchaser I had to submit this back in January for crimp damage. Holding out for a 50/50 auto relic but I’ve had very little communication 4 months later
@michaelrubin Not even looking at getting special treatment, just don’t want to be told by your support that I’ll get a replacement with no input and the TOS says I’m SOL if you send me a 10K Aaron Judge card that. Not really what I’m looking for when I buy Topps product
@michaelrubin that I have no choice in making and it will possibly be a different player. Would love to have a line of communication on a replacement given the thousands of dollars consumers spend on product every year. Being left in the dark for 12 weeks on a 30K card is wild
@michaelrubin hit an Ohtani card out of your product with a significant evaluation that had crimp damage from manufacturing. Sent it in since I was assured I would be taken care of. Now your support team tells me that they’re going to destroy my card, send me a replacement
@ChrisMedlandF1 It’s ok to talk about this through the lens of greed. F1 has decided that expansion in the US has peaked, otherwise there is no reason for you to put a free product behind a paywall that has 1/4 the reach. It’s just going to bleed casual viewers on top of F1TV revenue
